Emotional Roots of Diseases: Understanding Symptoms

Diseases often have their roots in emotional problems: our body signals when something is not right within us.

Health is based on the balance of the body, mind, and spirit. Illness warns of the disruption of this equilibrium. Suppressed emotions or prolonged stress lie behind physical symptoms. These issues can block the flow of energy in the body. This blockage leads to specific complaints.

Such signs help us recognize when we need to change our lifestyle or attitude. Interpreting symptoms can point to deeper causes, thus supporting both physical and emotional healing.

Here is a brief introduction to diseases and their psychological causes

A

  • Pituitary gland – The control centre (being controlled by others).
  • Lip cancer – Swallowed grievances, blaming others.
